Electrical Construction Sr Project Manager

Description

• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting for all electrical project activities.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain safety, quality, and productivity.
• Manage project financials, including cost control, change orders, billing, and reporting.
• Conduct site walks, lead project meetings, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor project engineers and junior staff.
• Coordinate with GCs, design teams, engineers, and field leadership to resolve challenges proactively.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee the electrical scope on large, ground-up commercial projects. This leader will manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring all safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals are met. • Experience with large commercial ground-up projects.
• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction sequencing.
