Tasks

-Assist in data collection, stakeholder interviews, and market surveys to inform consulting deliverables -Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy across ongoing assignments -Contribute to financial and techno-economic viability assessments and preparation of business plans -Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and client use -Conduct research and analysis for highest and best use, feasibility, and market studies -Participate in client meetings and discussions as required -Collaborate with other service lines to support integrated solutions and cross-functional projects -Support the team and managers in executing consulting mandates across real estate sectors and asset classes -Direct client and leadership interaction providing accelerated learning and visibility

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) -Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and confidence in client-facing interactions -Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related discipline -Open to travel across India for field studies, site visits, and stakeholder engagements -Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment
