In this role you will work as part of a team delivering governance, development, continual improvement and assurance of Transport for NSW’s Asset Management Policy and Framework. You will lead the sustainment, deployment and uplift of Transport’s asset management systems, frameworks and capability, ensuring alignment with ISO 55001, NSW Treasury requirements and whole‑of‑life best practice.
As Senior Manager you will drive enterprise‑wide consistency, efficiency, capability uplift and compliance across a large, complex, multimodal transport environment undergoing significant transformation.
- Lead sustainment, deployment, and enhancement of Transport’s asset management systems and frameworks.
- Ensure alignment with ISO 55001, NSW Treasury guidelines and whole‑of‑life asset management best practices.
- Drive enterprise‑wide consistency, efficiency, capability uplift and compliance across a multimodal transport environment.
- Coordinate enterprise frameworks, overcome integration challenges, and embed robust processes for improved assurance and decision‑making.
- Provide strategic leadership, collaboration, negotiation and policy assurance across multidisciplinary teams.
- Oversee audit, certification, lifecycle planning and capability development within complex organisational settings.
- Promote inclusion, diversity and support for Aboriginal and disabled candidates throughout recruitment.

Your expert stakeholder, governance and asset‑management experience across asset‑intensive organisations, engineering environments or government infrastructure programs will enable you to coordinate enterprise frameworks, overcome integration challenges and embed robust processes that improve assurance outcomes and decision‑making.
You are recognised as a strategic thinker and influential leader, skilled in collaboration, negotiation and driving whole‑of‑life asset‑management improvements. You have experience in policy assurance, audit and certification oversight, lifecycle planning, capability uplift and leading multidisciplinary teams within complex organisational settings.
