We’re looking for a strategic leader with expertise to drive innovation, elevate client relationships, and expand our winter services through sales growth and operational excellence. This role will be the cornerstone of our snow division, acting as a liaison for subcontractors, managing contracts, and leading transformative snow operations.

• Comprehensive knowledge of snow removal strategies, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and industry-specific software.
• Proven track record in sales growth, contract negotiation, and client relationship management.
• Exceptional communication skills to manage clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Expertise in financial analysis, cost control, and operational scalability.
