- Participate in project kick‑off meetings and support all contract types throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and manage monthly actual costs with project teams, monitoring change orders and budget impacts.
- Analyze cost and schedule trends to flag potential budget overruns.
- Audit and process change orders, ensuring compliance with sales tax regulations.
- Resolve revenue recognition issues in partnership with the BU Project Accounting Manager.
- Review client contracts for billing requirements, including mark‑ups, retainage, tax obligations and shared‑savings provisions.
- Manage subcontractor progress billings, documentation, and payment processes in Textura and CMIC.
- Prepare billing formats (G702, G703) and system‑generated client requisitions with supporting documentation.
