As the business continues its rapid growth, we are seeking an Investment Analyst to join the team and play a key role in evaluating opportunities, supporting transactions, and driving the strategic expansion of the portfolio.

Partner with asset management and development teams to monitor performance and optimise returns.
Conduct detailed financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and scenario testing for potential acquisitions and developments.
Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees and external investors.
Analyse market trends across hospitality, residential, and mixed-use sectors to identify emerging opportunities.
Support the full investment lifecycle — from origination and due diligence through to execution and asset performance tracking.

Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field; CFA or similar qualification preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Exposure to landmark projects and institutional-level investment transactions.
Experience of hospitality or residential real estate transactions.
2–5 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity
