Tasks

The Telecom Coordinator will support the daily operations of the Telecom division by handling various administrative and coordination tasks. Acting as the point of contact between field teams, subcontractors, and management, this person will ensure process efficiency, documentation updates, and adherence to deadlines. -Draft, proofread, and format various documents, reports, and emails. -Oversee project files from opening to closing, including billing and document management. -Handle phone calls, filter requests, and ensure proper follow-up. -Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative processes within the division. -Manage data entry and system updates (timesheets, work orders, site reports, etc.). -Collaborate with other departments (accounting, HR, etc.) to share necessary information.
