- Drive customer engagement through NPS surveys and timely follow-up to improve satisfaction levels.
- Provide proactive communication to customers on project milestones, documentation, and process updates.
- Maintain accurate customer data and update the Gera World App with relevant information and documents.
- Identify potential referral customers and update the referral tracker for the Sales team.
- Manage and resolve all customer queries promptly via the centralized system, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure closure of customer tasks within defined TATs and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
