Lead all phases of landscape architecture projects—from concept through construction
Oversee project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and quality control
Guide the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates
Conduct site evaluations and field reviews to support design development and construction
Participate in industry events, client meetings, and networking activities
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations
Help identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic growth of the Landscape Architecture practice
Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration activities
Develop and review conceptual designs, site plans, planting plans, grading, and technical detailing
Serve as primary client contact; build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure designs meet local, state, and federal requirements, including environmental and permitting regulations
Support proposal development, project interviews, and client outreach
Prepare and lead presentations for clients, agencies, and public meetings
Coordinate with internal disciplines and external partners, including architects, engineers, and subconsultants

Florida Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) license required
Experience with municipal agencies, private and/or public realm/streetscape projects is a plus
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
Strong portfolio demonstrating built and unbuilt work across public, private, or mixed-use sectors
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
8–15+ years of progressive experience in landscape architecture and project management
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
