Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job assessments for new equipment and processes at the Taupo plant.
Maintain accurate training records and version control in line with ISO 45001 and Laminex standards.

Experience setting up front end SOP process frameworks for project transitions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills – you know how to ask the right questions and turn insights into action.
Strong understanding of H&S documentation requirements (ideally ISO 45001).
Proficiency with LMS platforms (Cornerstone preferred), SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
LMS content is up-to-date, accessible, and supports employee readiness.
Experience simplifying technical content into clear, practical documentation.
SOPs and training materials are accurate, easy to use, and well-received by end users.
A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or equivalent experience).
