Project Superintendent

Description

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including collecting and saving mandatory daily subcontractor JSAs.
• Manage day to day and overall project schedule.
• Prepare and submit progress reports
• Coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities
• Issue updated look-ahead schedules for weekly Trade Partner and OAC meetings.
• Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Complete detailed daily reports in Procore and manage subcontractor daily report entries.
• Handle submittals and change orders efficiently
• Utilize Bluebeam software for project documentation
• Ensure project is completed on time and within budget
• Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings
• Manage the RFI process.
• Manage Trade Partners and vendors
• Work with the Project Management team to ensure all of the following requirements are met::

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• 8+ years of experience managing all on-site day to day operations of ground-up projects with budgets in excess of $30MM.
• Advanced skills using mobile technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Procore advanced competency
• Experience with Bluebeam, submittals, and change orders.
• OSHA 30 certification
