Studying previous solutions to effectively resolve non-conformities with high quality.
To evaluate non-conformities identified during Fuselage production from a Design perspective and provide solutions while considering constraints related to manufacturability, assembly, and reparability. This includes:

Extensive Knowledge/work experience on drawing interpretation; on Customer concession Methods & Processes of handling Non-Conformances
Desirable to have knowledge of GD&T; ATA 53, 57
Keen attention to details
Extensive tool Knowledge/Hands-on execution on CATIA, SAP, DPDS, AIRINA, VPM/PDM
Proficiency in German language is an added advantage
Having knowledge on Primary and Secondary Structures of Aircraft
Comprehensive knowledge of Design solution to resolve the non-conformance while having a good understanding of Stress requirements from Design point of view
