Proactively generate new business using tools such as Barbour ABI, LinkedIn, and internal reports on closed, lapsed, and new accounts.
Assist with special projects and contribute to area team meetings as required.
Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to maximise sales through volume, revenue, and product mix.
Follow up on quotes promptly, maintaining records of wins and losses, and archiving completed quotes.
Work with the cash sales team to qualify and price opportunities accurately.
Maintain and manage reports such as GZ and ancillary pricing.
Support bid administration for local government and major contracts in collaboration with TSMs, Bid Teams, and other departments.
Provide end-to-end account management, including handling queries and complaints.
Manage area accounts using sales tools (e.g., 5-minute planners, CMPs), ensuring all customer interactions are recorded in Arvensis and/or CRM.
