Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 3 years.
Min 15+ years in pre and post-contract (change management is essential) relevant capacity in contracts and commercial management.
Must have minimum of 5 years Middle East experience.
Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized University.
Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
