Work closely with local FiberTite Technical Representatives to ensure project needs are met.
Maintain consistent communication with FiberTite Technical Services team to ensure project coordination and knowledge sharing.
Provide ongoing communication regarding project status and assist the Strategic Account Project Manager and team with issue resolution.
Conduct final inspections of FiberTite Roof System installations to confirm compliance with technical and warranty requirements per FiberTite guidelines.
Support Strategic Account Business Development Managers and sales teams with technical assistance with their sales efforts.
Follow all environmental, safety, and company guidelines to ensure compliance.
Investigate warranty claim issues, including performing necessary repairs as directed by FiberTite Warranty Services.
Collaborate with Owner Representatives, General Contractors, Architects, Consultants to address and resolve project related issues.
Adhere to company expense and vehicle policies.
Coordinating technical support for Strategic Projects or portfolio of projects based on region or Strategic Account needs.
Conduct in-progress roof site visits to monitor installation quality, ensure adherence to roofing practices and specifications, and address any issues or concerns during installation.
Offer technical assistance to FiberTite Strategic accounts and technical team as needed.
Train Seaman Corporation’s Authorized Applicators, and FTR associates, on the correct use and installation of FiberTite products and roofing systems.

Ability to read and understand basic construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications, and perform basic estimating.
Ability to listen & comprehend, and express oneself both verbally in writing, including report writing.
Registered Roof Observer (RRO) is desired but not required.
Basic PC skills, i.e., Word Perfect, Excel Spreadsheet, email, Internet.
Fundamental knowledge of roofing materials and roofing systems.
Fundamental knowledge of roof leak detection methods, and determination of corrective repairs, associated with single-ply roofing systems.
Working knowledge of building codes, i.e., FM, UL, Miami-Dade.
5-10 years of experience in a technical or product management related position in the single-ply roofing market, preferably with thermoplastic membranes (KEE, PVC, TPO, Modified Bitumen) is desired but not a requirement.
