Policy Underwriter / Compliance Checker

Description

• Track task completion and follow up as necessary.
• Collaborate with agents and managers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Assign tasks to agents or managers to resolve issues or gather missing items.
• Verify that all required documents are signed and uploaded correctly into the system.
• Review each completed policy to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure policy details (premium, fees, coverage selections, etc.) match what was quoted.
• Identify and flag missing documents, errors, or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data integrity.
• Monitor and report recurring issues to help improve office performance.

Requirements

• Comfortable using digital systems and CRM platforms.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Basic knowledge of auto insurance processes (training will be provided).
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via remote tools.
• Prior experience in insurance, compliance, or administrative review is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
