As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence, coordinating job activities to align with customer expectations and contract terms.
The role includes preparing technical proposals, leading customer engagement for technical support, conducting job briefings during planning and debriefings after closing, and coordinating multiple complex wellbore intervention operations. You will also manage commercial engagement with customers, communicate billing events, forecast operation volume and complexity, provide daily operational updates, report incidents, and support field personnel on location.
To be successful, you need a minimum technical diploma and at least five years of experience in well interventions service delivery coordination, as well as ten years of experience running complex fishing, workovers, or open hole operations in both offshore and onshore environments. Knowledge of whipstocks, thru‑tubing fishing and milling, strong field‑technical‑office coordination, and robust customer engagement skills are preferred.
