Maintain an interest in technological advances and applying innovation to project delivery.
Undertake hydrologic and hydraulic modelling for a wide range of works including multi-disciplinary road and rail infrastructure projects, coastal and riverine flood studies, floodplain management and stormwater management.
Work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams to support the delivery of design solutions that meet client and community expectations.
Produce technical models and reports to a high standard, contributing to KBR’s reputation for the delivery of quality project outputs.
Support and where required lead the technical preparation of Water Resources proposals.

Proficiency in the following GIS/CAD software packages: ArcGIS, MapInfo, 12DAUTOCAD
Experience with software MUSIC essential, or any other stormwater quality modelling tools.
Ability to integrate design solutions with other disciplines in the transport sector i.e. road design, drainage design, rail design and structural design.
Proficiency in the following software packages: TUFLOW, QGIS.
Proficiency in the following Hydrology and Hydraulic software packages: RORB, XP-RAFTS, WBNM, URBS,HEC-RAS.
Ability to guide more junior staff in the preparation of models and reports.
Be a Registered Chartered engineer or be on the pathway to obtaining CPEng.
Awareness of business development and marketing activities would be highly

Demonstrated expertise in writing high level technical reports, conference papers and presentation of technical material.
