

Provides advanced manufacturing solutions, specializing in metal fabrication and assembly for multiple industries.
Develops and maintains strong customer relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and driving sales growth within the critical power and data center market. Leverages internal technical resources to develop and present quotes that achieve margin targets. Conducts business development activities to expand revenue and margin within assigned markets and customers and acquires new customers.
The role involves creating and executing sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from proposal to closing. It also includes customer visits, issue escalation, and maintaining accurate CRM records while providing performance reports and analysis to drive growth.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, strong problem‑solving and negotiation abilities, and excellent communication skills. They should be proficient with CRM and data analysis tools, possess mechanical aptitude, and hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with at least three years of relevant selling experience.
