  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, margins and overall profitability, identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to achieve financial targes

  • Use data driven insights to make informed decisions and improve overall performance
  • Collaborate with Global Practice Group Directors (GPGD) and Growth teams to develop strategies for promoting the business unit and organizational offerings
  • Identify growth opportunities, in collaboration with GPGD’s and Growth, within the market
  • Monitor and analyze KPI’s to assess the business unit’s success
  • Lead and inspire BU team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
  • Oversee day-to-day operations within the business unit to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet or exceed client expectations, ensuring client success
  • Manage the business units' budget, ensuring cost control while optimizing profitability
  • ​Lead the business unit with accountability for P&L performance and growth in collaboration with other BUD’s, Growth and practice group leaders
  • Inspiring high performance from teams, communicating vision and purpose, engaging others and ensuring aligned objectives
  • Together with the Business Unit Directors, the Global Division Business Area Director and the Growth Director, and GPGD prioritize key client to develop account and growth plans
  • Develop and implement the BU vision, mission, and strategic plan in alignment with A&U and Arcadis overarching goals
  • Together with the Global Division Business Area Director, Finance Controller, Legal Director and Division Operations Director:

  • Substantial experience (20 years or more) in a discipline, including 10+ years' experience in Engineering/Science/Infrastructure consultancy,
