- Meet and create contacts with New York State and Federal Court personnel
- Maintains high standards of performance
- Collaborate with senior partners on case management and strategy

- Draft legal documents, i.e. motions, pleadings, memoranda, discovery demands
- Argue before State and Federal Courts; Represent our clients in courtroom and mediation/arbitration proceedings
- Be an active research team member to assist clients with various factual and legal issues
- Oversee a significant case load from inception

- Demonstrated high level organizational skills for prioritizing workload
- 3+ years' experience in litigation (required)
- Ability to work with diverse personalities within various levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to absorb, process and understand, new information rapidly
- Must be able to manage competing priorities
- Exceptionally strong writing skills are required
- Military experience welcome
- Must have Juris Doctorate degree with an ABA accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of the bar
- The firm requires a minimum of 1800 billable hours annually
- Exhibits conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility
- Must have a professional, cooperative, positive and flexible attitude
- Obtain experience factually researching business and corporate policies, and programs by examining records and transactions underlying business disputes and investigations
- Obtain significant state and federal trial experience in a team environment
- Admission to New York bar (required)
