Fit-Out Project Manager

Description

• Manage fit-out projects from concept through to completion
• Maintain strict control of project budgets, timelines and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with installers, suppliers, designers and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety requirements
• Coordinate all on-site activities, scheduling and subcontractor oversight
• Handle the ordering and management of inventory for all ongoing projects

Requirements

They are now seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to join their Dublin-based team. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking full ownership of projects from initial planning through to final handover.

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and resolving issues proactively
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• Ability to work both independently on-site and as part of a wider team
• Strong leadership ability with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience within acoustic solutions is beneficial but not essential
• Previous experience managing fit-out or construction projects
