  • Assurance & Review Activities: Coordinate Independent Assurance Reviews and contribute to Sustainment Assessment Review responses.
  • Governance Oversight: Manage and update key governance documents including the IPdMP, PdS, Business Plan, and Product Status Reports.
  • Risk Management Coordination: Collaborate with JC2SPO and stakeholders to identify, assess, and maintain CAF16 risks in Predict.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with AWC stakeholders to strengthen capability outcomes across CAF16 systems and applications.
  • Secretariat Support: Lead CAF16 Board activities, including governance framework management, presentation development, and minute dissemination.

  • Strategic Planning Experience: Proven ability to write strategic and business plans for Defence organisations, ideally within CASG.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • CASG Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of CASG’s organisational structure and sustainment processes.
  • Independent & Team-Oriented Work Style: Capable of working autonomously while contributing effectively in team environments.
  • Relevant Defence Training: Completion of Business Acumen, CASG Risk Management, and CASG Foundations courses is highly desirable.
