At MBK Senior Living, we put residents and team members first, guided by the Japanese concept of Yoi Shigoto—‘good, quality work.’ This philosophy drives our commitment to trust, high standards, and personal development across the organization. With more than 30 years of experience, we operate 35 independent, assisted, and memory‑care communities throughout the western United States.
Our team enjoys meaningful impact, supportive colleagues, and a vibrant, hospitality‑focused environment. Employees receive competitive salaries, professional development through mentorship programs, education loan assistance, and a range of health‑and‑wellness resources. Full‑time staff also benefit from comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) matching, childcare and elder‑care assistance, and flexible spending accounts.
The Wellness Nurse works Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with an hourly rate of $30–$35. Reporting to the health services department director, the nurse promotes resident dignity and independence while delivering care aligned with individualized service plans and MBK policies.
