- Assist with competitive process, develop statement of work construction documents, obtain bids/proposals/cost estimates for TWO's (Tenant Work Order's) and construction projects
- Manage some on-site subcontractors supporting the projects
- Coordinating and schedule maintenance and repair work on a daily basis
- Quality Control/Inspect completed work
- Preparing and issuing solicitations for the subcontractors as necessary for the acquisition of goods and services in support of the contract requirements
- Oversight of diagnostic and repairs on building systems
- Maintaining records and prepare required reports
- Oversight of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety system repairs
- Providing Quality Control services for the work of subordinates and subcontractors to ensure maximum efficiency, economy, and quality of work performed
- Preparing work schedules

- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and project tracking software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and prioritize work, as required

- Ability to manage subordinates and multiple projects in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read, review and understand blueprints
- Demonstrate expert working knowledge of engineering and building systems
