What you would be doing

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering Retrofit Coordination on live projects, ensuring full PAS2035 compliance and best practice in retrofit assessment, coordination, and design. You’ll support quality assurance, technical oversight, and compliance across projects, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality retrofit outcomes.

  • Stay informed on industry developments, funding schemes, and policy updates to enhance retrofit delivery.
  • Support pre- and post-installation evaluations, analysing data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to internal guidance and training materials to standardise retrofit processes.
  • Verify project data, audit trails, and technical reports to support compliance and funding requirements.
  • Provide technical oversight and support quality assurance across retrofit activities and documentation.
  • Deliver retrofit coordination and assessments on live projects, maintaining compliance with PAS2035 standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, contractors, and project managers to ensure effective integration of retrofit measures.
What you bring

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retrofit Technical Solutions Advisor to join a leading organisation in the energy and sustainability sector.

  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in retrofit coordination, energy efficiency, or sustainability-focused projects.
  • Strong understanding of PAS2035, building regulations, and related compliance standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Qualified Retrofit Assessor (and ideally Retrofit Coordinator or working towards qualification).
  • Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
