Corporate Strategy Manager

Description

• Assist in tracking deal pipeline activities and maintain pipeline tracking tools.
• Consolidate diligence findings and updates into summary trackers and reports.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, management presentations, and diligence sessions with internal stakeholders and external targets.
• Support preparation of materials for leadership and board review.
• Track deliverables and Q&A across internal workstreams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Operations).
• Coordinate early integration workstream meetings and documentation handoffs.
• Gather and organize financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs) from target companies.
• Assist in developing and tracking post-close integration plans.
• Prepare and maintain internal and external meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
• Manage the virtual data room (VDR) and ensure information requests are logged, prioritized, and addressed.
• Support communication between the deal team and integration leaders to ensure continuity from diligence through implementation.
• Act as the day-to-day project manager for active diligence processes.
• Assist in preparing initial bid models and valuation ranges
• Support preliminary company and market research, including LinkedIn and public data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• M&A Sourcing and Front-End Support
• Prior experience supporting mergers and acquisitions transactions, diligence, and integrations.
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or FP&A.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required).
• Prior experience working with private equity sponsors is highly desirable.
