We are seeking a Project Controls Engineer to support Project Managers on construction and mission‑support projects globally. The role focuses on coordinating production, quality, health and safety, and international support staff.

Assist Project Managers coordinating production, quality control, health and safety, and international support staff
Generate internal and external project reports
Assist with preparing bids and proposals and providing subject‑matter material
Review and support development of project schedules
Input submittals and data into USACE Resident Management System (RMS)
Review invoices and track billings
Write and review construction safety plans, quality control plans, and work plans
Review design submittals and comment on Design‑Build projects
Perform site visits to confirm quality performance and project execution
Communicate effectively with U.S. DoD active duty and civilian personnel, staff, and subcontractors

Monitor subcontractor performance
3–5 years experience in construction or construction management projects, on‑site experience preferred
