  • To take the lead role on a diverse portfolio of projects, including in judicial, custodial, defence, commercial, leisure, retail, residential, historic, industrial, education and healthcare. Working through RIBA stages 1-7

  • You’ll have at least 8 years building services design experience in the UK and potentially much more experience.
  • Potential to join at Principal, Associate or AD grade, with an M or E background.
  • Competent and confident in taking the lead on projects and delivering these successfully, from RIBA stages 1-7.
  • Ambitious, with the talent and motivation to get out there and deliver the business development plan and develop existing regional and national clients in and around Manchester.
Benefits

Manchester. Salary up to £75,000.
