Advanced degree in Chemistry, Materials Science or Polymer Chemistry (Ph.D. preferred).
Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques, analytical instrumentation, and data analysis.

Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information.
Ability to work safely within a chemical processing environment and use appropriate PPE.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant scientific tools.
