Support the construction team with technical guidance and troubleshooting during the installation phase
Stay updated on industry best practices, technologies, and regulations related to solar energy and structural engineering
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure design integration and compliance with all applicable codes and regulations

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Must have a valid clean driver's license and the ability to pass a 10-year background check and drug screening
