Tasks

-Support a major civil infrastructure project- The North East Link -Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms -Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies and procedures -You will be responsible for the effective administration of subcontracts through all phases of the project, including scope preparation, subcontractor management, claims/variations processing, completion and close out -Prepare and maintain a contract register and schedule of contract deliverables -Maintain accurate records of contract correspondence, variations, and claims -Prepare and submit progress claims and invoices in accordance with contract terms -Identify and manage risks as well as opportunities -Assist in the resolution of contractual disputes and claims

What You Bring

-An ability to build conducive relationships with subcontractors in sometimes challenging environments whilst having the confidence to negotiate terms for win/win outcomes -A solid foundation of experience in contracts administration, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry -A high level of attention to detail and ability to manage a workload with competing priorities -A Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or substantial experience performing the role
