Customer Service Representative

Description

Key duties include invoicing and processing purchase orders for vendors and customers, coordinating promotional ordering and distribution, handling various customer requests and orders, maintaining spreadsheets with customer information, and performing other tasks as assigned while adhering to OSHA and H&K safety policies.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be detail‑oriented, and have intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office. They must also be able to use appropriate PPE and meet the physical demands of the role. Preferred qualifications include six months of related experience, background in promotional merchandising or screen printing, and OSHA or other safety certifications.

The role requires regular sitting, frequent standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 40 lb, with moderate noise levels. Work hours often exceed 40 hours per week and are performed under time‑constrained conditions.
