Articulate – Your writing, communication and facilitation skills must be strong in order to clearly articulate and transfer the content.
Education – Holds a Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Automation, Control Engineering, Sustainable Building Design, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
Technical- Hands down, we need someone who can understand our products. Eight plus years of experience with Metasys would be ideal, along with experience in performing system checks, monitoring operations, programing and troubleshooting BMS systems. Deep understanding of an efficient Control system & design, especially the chiller plantroom and airside, with various controls strategy applications.
Experienced – Someone with Eight or more years’ experience with a company like Johnson Controls would be very desirable. Knowledge of Johnson Controls’s Metasys, Easy IO, Facility Explorer or OpenBlue Enterprise Manager would be an added advantage.
