Candidates should have an associate’s degree or equivalent, or 6‑12 months of relevant experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and property‑management software. A valid driver’s license is required.
Physical requirements include extended periods of desk work, occasional stair climbing, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds. The position is based primarily in an office environment with occasional exposure to outdoor elements, and employment is contingent upon a background check and E‑Verify compliance.
