As part of the HR team, you’ll help shape and scale the systems, programs, and experiences that support a growing, mission-driven organization at the intersection of technology and energy infrastructure. You’ll serve as a central HR partner for employees and leaders, delivering trusted guidance across recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and development. This role balances hands‑on execution with thoughtful program design, helping us build a high‑performing, people‑first culture while ensuring HR operations are compliant, scalable, and data‑informed.
In this role you will build and scale core HR programs, deliver end‑to‑end talent and employee support, drive performance, engagement and development, and ensure operational excellence and compliance.
- Design, manage, and continuously improve HR programs across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and the full employee lifecycle
- Implement scalable processes that support organizational growth while maintaining a strong people‑first experience
- Partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with business priorities and long‑term workforce planning
- Manage recruitment and hiring activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, background checks, offer letters, and onboarding, in partnership with external search firms as needed
- Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and guidance, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace
- Act as a cultural ambassador, supporting executives and department leaders through change, growth, and team development
- Lead performance review cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback, and development planning
- Identify learning and development needs, coordinating and facilitating training programs and workshops
- Manage employee engagement surveys and translate insights into clear action plans that strengthen culture and retention
- Maintain accurate, compliant HR operations using modern HRIS tools, reporting, and documentation
- Apply sound HR judgment and working knowledge of employment laws to ensure consistent, fair, and confidential people practices
- Use HR data and metrics to inform decisions, communicate trends, and support leaders with actionable insights

We are looking for a Bachelor’s‑educated HR professional with hands‑on Generalist experience in fast‑paced, growth‑focused companies, especially in technology, energy or infrastructure. You should have proven ability to manage full‑cycle HR operations, strong HRIS and data skills, knowledge of employment law, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and external partners. Organizational savvy, empathy, resilience, and alignment with our core values of Equity, Humility, Authenticity, Long‑run Value, and People Come First are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience operating as a hands‑on HR Generalist in fast‑paced, growing organizations, with exposure to technology, energy, or infrastructure‑driven environments
- Proven ability to support full‑cycle HR operations, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and learning initiatives
- Strong HRIS administration, reporting, and documentation skills, with comfort using data to inform decisions
- Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and confidentiality requirements
- Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and external partners in a fluid and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Established connections within the HR community that support benchmarking, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement
- Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative work style that balances structure with adaptability
- Calm, empathetic, and resilient approach, with the emotional intelligence to support employees through change
