Savills North America is seeking an Internal Communications & Copywriting Manager to play a pivotal role in connecting our people and amplifying our story. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering employee communications while supporting the firm’s editorial calendar and key content initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with a knack for storytelling, able to translate complex strategies into clear, engaging messages for both internal and external audiences. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing high-frequency employee updates with longer-horizon thought leadership and marketing materials.

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CampaignBreeze, Hubspot and MailChimp.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5–8 years of internal communications experience, with proven success in an in-house or agency role within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for brand voice.
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker who is proactive, collaborative, and highly organized.
  • Prior experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, financial or professional service industries. Knowledge of email marketing platforms and the content development process.
