Capital Markets and Credit Risk Intern

Description

• Learn internal audit process and apply to complete internal audits on credit files.
• Engage in learning opportunities through mentorship and team discussions.
• Assist with documentation and administrative tasks related to loan sales and credit policy.
• Contribute to the loan sales by uploading credit files.
• Observe a loan sale from bid process to closing of the sale. Assist Capital Markets Analyst in answering investor questions.
• Assist in creating and reviewing loan sale tapes.
• Assist in clearing credit exceptions

Requirements

• Learning Sessions: Master Excel, understand credit, and learn to invest.
• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• Excel competency
• Clear data deltas
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
