Facilitate design reviews through the development stages of the project design.
Design approval of drawings, standards, specifications and procedures.
Provide technical support and input to proposals, customer presentations, and other marketing, business development activities. Prepare design scope, budget and schedule for written proposals.

Management of and responsibility for multi-discipline design and drafting resources assigned to allocated tasks to achieve agreed deliverable dates and man-hour budgets.
Follow and implement all relevant Company standards and procedures and ensure design drawings comply with all relevant Australian and International Standards.
Assist with pre-commissioning activities and manage field engineering.
Monitor the progress and performance of the project design team and give input and provide feedback and support where necessary.
Preparation of man-hour budgets and design schedules for Study /EPCM estimates.
Contribute to engineers in trainings professional development by providing consistent mentoring and identify avenues of development.
Build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors and co-workers.
Provide leadership, guidance and direction to the design team as required.
Develop and contribute to the delivery of improvement initiatives which support business priorities for continuous improvement.
