Description
Contract Management: Be involved in negotiating the terms and conditions of the contract with the client once the bid proposal is accepted. Discuss and agree on aspects such as delivery schedules, payments and contractual clauses.
Relationship Management: Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
Productivity tools: Utilize cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and efficiency.
Policies, Guidelines and Protocols: Contribute to the development and delivery of policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure Ferrovial complies with regulations and best practices.
Insights and Reporting: Gather and analyze data for insights and reporting. Prepare reports on specific aspects of bidding activities and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights
Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
Bid Solicitation, Request for Proposal & Tender Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies from technological, financial, and organizational perspectives on aspects of bid request for proposal or tender project requirements and write specifications for tenders. Perform opportunity analysis with the objective of understanding the offer and being able to present the correct documentation. Ensure that bids are submitted in a timely manner, meeting all required specifications and deadlines.
Budgeting: Assist in creating and managing budgets for bidding projects, tracking costs, and identifying potential budgetary issues. Provide input on budget adjustments and resource requirements.
Operational Compliance: Identify, within the team, instances of non-compliance with Ferrovial’s policies and procedures or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these and escalating issues as appropriate.
