Direct/supervise junior engineers
Evaluate system operations, and provide project scope development for overhead and underground utility systems

Ability to make good business and financial judgements and quick decisions
Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously

Understanding of basic engineering theories and principles, including understanding of basic practices of researching engineering and design issues, evaluating alternatives, making sound recommendations, and preparing and presenting recommendations
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Structural, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
