• Process batch billing, sales journals, and invoice creation.
• Handle accounts receivable collections and daily AR reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve invoice and payment export issues.
• Assist customers with account and financing problems.
• Audit and maintain monthly membership records.
• Update daily AR reports and notes.
• Process refunds and chargebacks as needed.
• Manage membership cancellations and updates.
• Reconcile deposited payments (cash, credit cards, ACH, checks) each day.
• Monitor finance‑company payments and apply finance charges.

Requirements

The Accounts Payable and Billing Specialist (Accounts Receivable Specialist) is responsible for full‑cycle AR duties, including invoice creation, credit memos, collections, payment applications, and various reconciliations. Candidates must have prior full‑cycle AR experience and be prepared to work in the office Monday‑through‑Friday, typical 8 am‑5 pm schedule, with flexibility as needed.

Applicants must pass background and drug screenings, hold at least a high‑school diploma, and demonstrate strong math, data‑entry, and Microsoft Office skills. Effective communication, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a team‑oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.

• Minimum two years of full‑cycle accounts receivable experience.
• Experience performing balance reconciliations.
• Pass pre‑employment background and drug screening.
• High school diploma or higher with strong math aptitude.
• Advanced data‑entry skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of ERP ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented multitasker who can prioritize and work independently.
