Deliver excellent customer service across all tasks, maintaining a professional and customer-focused attitude
Supporting will be supporting with brick work repairs and concreating.
Use ladders to support fixing roof’s that are two story properties.
Supporting the Roofers in day to day tasks such as flat roofs, pitched roofs and lead work.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality and cost control, with a methodical and dependable approach to work
Work collaboratively within the Repairs and Maintenance team, where strong teamwork and reliability are essential

Communicate effectively with colleagues and residents, using clear verbal communication and good interpersonal skills
Make decisions and solve problems independently when needed, demonstrating confidence and initiative
Good organisational skills with a focus on quality and cost control

Proven experience in general property repairs, refurbishment or maintenance
Comfortable working in both residential and communal areas under contract guidelines
Excellent customer service skills, especially when working in tenanted properties
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and safe working practices
Experience in the above responsibilities
Full UK driving licence
A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering practical solutions
