Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred
In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
Strong project management and leadership skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Advanced knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
Willingness to work on-site and travel as required
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
