Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and recommendations to senior management and clients
Identify and resolve complex engineering challenges throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and review detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for construction projects
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project requirements and local regulations
Stay updated on industry trends, innovative technologies, and sustainable construction practices
Implement and maintain safety protocols on construction sites
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
Lead and supervise civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, budgets, and schedules

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred
In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
Strong project management and leadership skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Advanced knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
Willingness to work on-site and travel as required
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
