- Driving continuous improvement by leading regular reviews of channels with key stakeholders, making best practice recommendations and implementing actions
- Lead the development and implementation of digital platform designs and brand standards to ensure consistent UX and UI across tools and platforms
- Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders in marketing, strategy and business development to ensure activities align to business objectives
- Measuring and reporting on channel performance
- Develop and improve our approach to marketing through platform, channel innovation – keeping abreast of trends and ensuring RES is differentiated from its peers
- Create and edit web content and pages on all corporate websites
- Planning and managing website implementation
- Provide technical web support and guidance
- Implementing analytics across channels, including managing our Google Analytics account at channel and campaign level, and reporting on channel performance.
- Leading and guiding internal and external partners on platform security, compliance and performance

- Confident communicator and influencer – comfortable managing external vendors and working with a range of stakeholders including senior leaders
- Experience at a similar level of role in digital or web design
- A degree in web design or similar subject
- Good knowledge of UX & UI principles and how to apply them
- Ability to lead projects across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Strong technical understanding of developing and implementing websites on multiple platforms
- Experience managing external vendors
- Strong understanding of SEO and analytics
- Ability to learn new skills, keep on top of developments and innovations and disseminate learnings with colleagues
- Good experience working as part of an in-house or agency digital team
- Experience with CMS platforms, especially Umbraco and WordPress
- Good knowledge of web coding, including HTML5, CSS and JQuery/JavaScript
- Strategic thinking – able to assess opportunities, prioritise resources and make recommendations
- Further qualifications in specific areas of web design or development are desirable
