- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams for supply ordering
- Oversee facility security protocols for shipping and receiving areas
- Manage relationships with external carriers and service providers

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interface with senior management
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BioPharma or Pharmaceutical industry
- Certification in supply chain or logistics management (APICS, CSCMP, etc.)
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, inventory management systems, and shipping software
- Budget management experience and vendor negotiation skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with pharmaceutical shipping regulations (GDP, GMP compliance)
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, including hazardous materials and international shipping requirements
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform facility inspections as needed
- Minimum 5 years of shipping and receiving experience with at least 2 years in supervisory role
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex logistics challenges
