- Prepares and organizes technical documentation, workstation drawings, and instructional materials.
- Operates and monitors the Building Management System (BMS).
- Installs and retrofits office furniture including furniture changes and repairs.
- Backfill front desk duties as needed to ensure coverage; includes greeting guests, staff and vendors with professionalism and hospitality, as well as providing general information and assistance to visitors.
- Assists with auditorium and conference room setups, including furniture, equipment, and A/V support.
- Performs light maintenance and repairs on plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and A/V systems.
- Assists with all employee moves, including documentation and communication.
- Ensures timely completion and closeout of work orders.
- Maintains inventory of critical operations parts and supplies; submits purchase requisitions and track inventory levels.
- Diagnoses and resolves minor issues with electronics, A/V systems, and security alarms.
- May administer mailroom operations, including shipping & receiving and office supply ordering and stocking across all locations.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate Level: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or administrative support roles
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and electrical components
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Senior Level: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or administrative support roles
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus
