Support the bid team on timely PM process for Bid approvals
Align interests and suggestions of all stakeholders in the bid approval process as instructed
Provide actively and independently bid offer for EHV and HV substations in AIS/ GIS /HVDC/FACTS
Provide Proposals are in line with standards and regulations related to technical, financial and statutory aspects.
Manage inbound inquiries, coordinate and support customer care initiatives as per instructions
Provide, guide wholeheartedly the Procurement/Execution teams for ordering apt suitable vendors.
Multistakeholder Collaboration like Tender Manager, bid engineering, procurement, vendors and execution and management teams to ensure competitive pricing and solutions
Participate actively with specific strategic initiatives and topics with Tender Management
Participate in Customer/ PMC / Consultant discussions as and when required
Identifying potential new vendors in the challenging / market changes /dynamics situations
Preparing detailed estimations for civil with substation layout, civil Activities involved in EHV and HV substation in all categories.
7 years required – preferably in similar portfolio.
Good understanding of Civil Engineering Estimates of Buildings/ infrastructures. Having knowledge of civil aspects related to substations HV /EHV portfolio is must and added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office applications, Auto cad/Basic design and should be able to communicate and understand contractual English.
Strong Internal stakeholders collaborative approach and a go getter attitude is necessary for this role.
Open to travel and be a fast learner.
Negotiation skills with vendors and bring out the best cost value effects for the project.
Proven Ability to learn new contractual concepts in Technical, Financial and procurement functions.
Good written, oral communication and presentation skills.
Strong vendor base details PAN India, Regions, EPC Market cost intelligence on civil unit rates, Design consultant data bases,
