Heidelberg Materials is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter or Boilermaker to support its concrete plants across the Sydney metropolitan area. The role offers a stable, full‑time schedule with the variety of working on multiple sites, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. It is a mobile position, with a company‑provided work ute to travel between sites and collaborate with various teams daily.
Applicants must hold a trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter, Boilermaker, or an equivalent credential, along with plant maintenance experience—preferably in the concrete industry. Strong troubleshooting and fault‑finding abilities, a practical improvement‑focused mindset, a current Australian driver’s licence, and a White Card are essential requirements.
