Estimate large and small projects.
Maintain the change order submissions/documents in an organized and standardized manner. Work with the project team to develop this standard.
Read and evaluate specifications and blueprints.
Deal effectively with customers.
Visually inspect project locations to determine the amount of labor and materials needed to do the work
Analyze material and labor requirements to complete a project
Perform fully on-screen electronic takeoffs and markups
Analyze risks involved with certain project types.

Strong computer, Bluebeam, Contest, and Google Suite skills
Work calmly under deadlines and external pressure.
6-8 years of experience with a High School Diploma, 4-6 years of experience with an associate degree, or 0-2 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree
Excellent math skills.

Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Low Voltage Systems.
Hands-on construction experience
